Abstract

The article examines important issues such as the influence
of the macro and microeconomic environment in the
management of enterprises in the context of modernization
of the economy, factors affecting employees, the principles of
organizing a modern enterprise, the main directions of the
organization of enterprises in modernization, the essence of
the concept of an enterprise.
