Abstract

The article analyzes the rich geographical, historical, and linguistic: lexical-semantic, etymological, nominational-motivational, derivational information about the toponymy of the Fergana Valley in the status of oykonim, khoronim, and the problem of dialectal variants of historical toponyms used in them.
