Abstract

Professional education is organized in regional institutions taking into account the demographic, socio-economic and geographical conditions, the demand of the labor market for specialists in the relevant fields, the personnel needs of the relevant ministries and agencies, and the training of personnel on the basis of educational programs integrated with the higher education system.
